Katie Holley is passionate about yoga. She began practicing in 1998, and earned her 200-hour teaching certificate in Cambridge, Mass. She taught both fitness yoga and pre-natal yoga classes at the Harvard Business School. In Minnesota, she has instructed the University of St. Thomas varsity baseball team, as well as taught at the Stillwater Fitness Club, the YMCA, LifeTime Fitness, and on-site at 3M and Wells Fargo. Katie also teaches private clients of all age ranges – from her own 2-year-old children to those in their 60s and 70s. Katie’s practice of Hatha Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and bringing awareness to the body and breath. Her teaching style is appropriate for both beginners and more advanced students. She encourages her students to think of the wide range of incredible benefits yoga has to offer. Yoga is also a great practice for golfers to help improve their swing and bring focus to their game.
